1. Company Legal Structure

Peptidic FZ-LLC is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered and licensed under the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. We operate exclusively as a research chemical supplier, not as a pharmacy, compounding facility, or health product distributor.

2. Intended Use of Products

All products sold by Peptidic FZ-LLC are intended solely for laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are:

  • Not evaluated, registered, or approved by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) or the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE)
  • Not for human or animal consumption or use
  • Not for therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical purposes
  • Not to be compounded or resold as drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices

These statements are clearly disclosed on our Terms of Service, product labels, checkout disclaimers, and packaging inserts.

3. Regulatory Compliance – Research Use Only (RUO)

We label all products as Research Use Only (RUO) in accordance with international best practices and UAE regulatory standards. Products are not intended for clinical investigations, diagnostic applications, or any form of human or veterinary use.

RUO-specific labeling includes:

  • "For Research Use Only"
  • "Not for Human or Animal Use"
  • No dosing, reconstitution, or administration instructions provided

Our operations comply with applicable UAE federal laws, including the Federal Decree-Law of 2024 Governing Medical Products, as well as RAKEZ Free Zone regulations.

4. Product Testing & Documentation

All products are tested using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and Mass Spectrometry to ensure purity and identity. Each product listing includes a downloadable Certificate of Analysis (COA), and every shipment contains a printout or digital link to the relevant COA.

5. Packaging, Labeling, and Shipment

We ship all products:

  • In tamper-evident, RUO-labeled packaging
  • Without any medical symbols or injection-related language
  • With COAs and RUO disclaimers enclosed
  • Using generic, discreet exterior packaging
  • In compliance with UAE customs and export regulations

All included bacteriostatic water (if shipped) is labeled "For Laboratory Research Use Only. Not for injection or clinical use."

Temperature-sensitive products are shipped using appropriate cold chain packaging to maintain product integrity.

6. Communication & Customer Support Policy

Peptidic FZ-LLC does not offer guidance or respond to inquiries regarding:

  • Dosing
  • Preparation/reconstitution
  • Injection or administration
  • Storage for consumption
  • Therapeutic or medical applications

Any such requests are ignored or redirected to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

7. Enforcement, Monitoring & Misuse Reporting

We proactively monitor and restrict misuse of our products. This includes:

  • Canceling suspicious or non-research orders
  • Banning customers who violate our Terms
  • Disclaiming all responsibility for third-party content
  • Cooperating with UAE authorities and international agencies if unlawful use is discovered

All customers agree to indemnify Peptidic FZ-LLC from misuse-related liability at checkout.
