Welcome to Peptidic FZ-LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, peptidic.ae (the "Website"), and any products or services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Use of Our Services
- You must be at least 21 years old to use our Services.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing orders, or contacting us.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, or to interfere with the Website's functionality.
- You agree to comply with all applicable UAE federal laws, local regulations, and international trade requirements when using our Services.
Products and Orders
- All products listed on our Website are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic application, or supplementation.
- Our products have not been evaluated, registered, or approved by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) or the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE).
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
- We strive to display accurate product descriptions and prices but do not guarantee that all details are error-free. We may correct errors or cancel orders if inaccuracies are identified.
- Orders are accepted once payment is processed and confirmed. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or unavailability.
- Prices are displayed in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise specified. All applicable taxes (including VAT) will be calculated at checkout where required.
Shipping and Delivery
- We ship to destinations worldwide from our fulfillment center in Dubai, UAE.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier availability.
- For GCC shipments (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar), orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
- For international shipments outside GCC, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Peptidic FZ-LLC and protected by intellectual property laws of the UAE and international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Limitation of Liability
Our Services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Peptidic FZ-LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptidic FZ-LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, misuse of our products, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or misuse of products. You may stop using our Services at any time by discontinuing access to the Website or closing your account. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ). Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
