Below you will find our full shipping policy, including processing times, delivery methods, tracking information, and important guidelines to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience.
1. Shipping Zones & Rates
Peptidic ships from our fulfillment center in Dubai, UAE to destinations worldwide.

International shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
2. Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed Sunday through Thursday, in accordance with UAE business days.
- Orders are typically fulfilled within 24–48 business hours.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST (for Same-Day) or 4:00 PM GST (for Next-Day) are prioritized for same-day processing.
During high-volume periods (promotions, sales events, Ramadan), processing time may be extended.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after the label is created.
You can track your order through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
GCC Shipments (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain)
All GCC orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or governmental charges will be handled by Peptidic and are included in your order.
International Shipments
International orders (outside GCC) are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) unless otherwise specified. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by Peptidic.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential import fees before placing your order.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
Peptidic is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Customs clearance delays
- Local carrier or regional disruptions
- Public holidays in the destination country
If your package is delayed, lost, or shows unusual tracking movement, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
6. Marked as "Delivered" but Not Received
If your package is marked as Delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around your property (reception, mailbox, security desk, concierge, etc.)
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building security
- Verify your address on the order confirmation
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 48 hours.
We will open a Delivery Investigation with the carrier; this process typically takes a few business days.
Once the carrier provides their final determination, we will guide you through the next steps.
Peptidic cannot issue replacements or refunds until the carrier investigation is completed.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
This includes building names, apartment/villa numbers, floor numbers, P.O. Box numbers, landmarks, and contact phone numbers.
- If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Peptidic is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly update the address.
- Once the order is fulfilled, no modifications are possible.
- Address corrections after dispatch may incur a fee of AED 50.
8. Returned Packages (Undeliverable)
Packages returned to Peptidic due to:
- Incorrect address
- Missing contact information
- Refused delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Customs rejection
…may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Return shipping charges and any applicable customs fees will apply.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to most countries worldwide. Some destinations may have restrictions on certain products.
- We do not ship to countries under international trade sanctions.
- Certain products may be restricted for import into specific countries. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country.
10. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the packaging (outer and inner)
- Photos of the damaged product
- Your order number
We will assist you immediately and work to resolve the issue.
11. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our research peptides and strict quality control protocols, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all products for our research community.
Cancellations: If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at support@peptidic.ae. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order enters processing. Orders cancelled after pick and pack but before dispatch will incur a AED 10 processing fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll review your case and work with you to find a solution.
Refund Timeframe: If a refund is approved (for cancellations prior to shipment or verified damaged/incorrect orders), it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
