Shipping

At Peptidic FZ-LLC, we offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.

UAE Delivery:

  • Dubai: Same-Day Delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM GST
  • All Emirates: Next-Day Delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM GST

GCC Delivery (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar): 3-5 business days.

International Delivery: 5-21 business days depending on destination.

Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed after cut-off times or during weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an automated confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number.

Customs & Duties: GCC orders are shipped Duty Paid (DDP). International orders are shipped Duty Unpaid (DDU) — recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Shipping policies and delivery times may change at any time without notice.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our research peptides and strict quality control protocols, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all products for our research community.

Cancellations: If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at support@peptidic.ae. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order enters processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll review your case and work with you to find a solution.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.

Refund Timeframe

If a refund is approved (for cancellations prior to shipment or verified damaged/incorrect orders), it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
